Common questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade while already subscribed?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.

Do my clients pay anything to use the app?

No. The MacroMate client app is completely free for your clients. You pay for the coaching platform — your clients access their plans, check-ins, progress and messaging at no cost.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan and subscribe. If you do nothing, your account is locked and no client data is affected.

What counts as a client?

Any active (non-archived) client connected to your account counts toward your limit.

Are prices excluding VAT?

Yes. Prices shown exclude VAT. The applicable rate will be added at checkout based on your location.

Is there a yearly plan?

Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free. Available from your account settings after subscribing.
