1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MacroMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
MacroMate is a coaching management platform that allows fitness coaches and dietitians to manage clients, create and assign plans, collect check-ins, and communicate with clients through a mobile and web application.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use MacroMate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
MacroMate offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are exclusive of VAT. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MacroMate for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. MacroMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Client Data
As a coach, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients to collect and store their data on MacroMate. You must handle client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
7. Intellectual Property
MacroMate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MacroMate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
MacroMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of MacroMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
